Positive: I absolutely loved everything about this place, and I was genuinely sad to leave. I booked the hostel in a rush without looking at the reviews, and it turns out it’s a place where many people actually live. Just something to be aware of: everyone is very nice and friendly, but if you’re looking to chat and party with a bunch of other tourists, this might not be the kind of place you’re looking for. For me, though, it was perfect, and I really enjoyed my stay! I wish every single one of you the best ❤️

Positive: This place is literally a sanctuary. You come here for a week and stay for month. The only bad thing is that it is so good, and so complete, that you never need to leave the property for any reason. There's work room. There's space to work out. There's kitchen to cook. There's lounge room to hang out with others. There is events sometimes. There's pull up and dips bar. There's even pool and sauna. You get to meet many other friendly people, so you don't need to love the property to socialize. It's a kind of a black hole in it's greatness. But it's perfect if you are looking for real peace for a few weeks. I think beyond stay few weeks or handful of months, the danger is actually becoming too comfortable.
Negative: Common issue of places with shared kitchen facilities - most cooking pans are coated, and most of those are in very bad condition. It's very bad for health. Perhaps equipping the kitchen with a some stainless steel pans would be nice!
Summary: This place feels like sanctuary. Thank you Stan, the staff and the travelers I've met.

Positive: Unique architecture. House has a sulfur pool, sauna, kitchen, dip & pull up bar, space for working etc. - everything you need. Host cooks fresh & delicious food that you can buy for 10 GEL. Very nice people. this is place is rather for longer stays (not a classic hostel)
Negative: everything's in russian (signs etc.) - but most people speak russian and are happy to help :)

Positive: It was a nice place to stay, design and look is eye catching. Meals given was very delicious. Working space were comfortable. As it is uphill there is a nice view from the roof.
